What was that, like 30 minutes? You were flying.

I have never seen anyone start cooking bacon by adding oil into the pan. Cut even more fat and leave that initial oil out!

When you cut a sweet potato, cut AWAY from you. The process will go even faster.

I thought you were going to put rum in that drink, but tequila works too.

The only flavor I couldn't visualize was the coconut spinach, but as for the chicken and risotto, my sense of smell and taste buds were right there with you. It was an enjoyable experience.

Damn! You are huge. Almost a head taller than a refrigerator, LOL.

Checked out the videos, you were moving. Looks like a recipe I will try myself, especially in the summer.

You seemed very comfortable with the camera, which made for good viewing.

My only advice is to outline all the ingredients at the top of the show in case someone wants to cook along with the video.

Great show. I'll watch again. I also like how you added space for commercials. Maybe I can advertise my new business with you.
